Did I have a vasectomy?

My wife and I have 6 kids under the age of 8. I have refused to wear protection or get a vasectomy for years now. Well the other day I woke up later than normal and couldn't move. I was sore and swollen down in my nether region. After a few hours I got up to go to the bathroom and I felt a small stitch kind of like a short hair sticking out of my sack. I think my wife had me drugged and had someone do a vasectomy on me but I'm not sure, PLEASE HELP ME
