What to wear for jazz concert (singer)?

I say wear the dress and shoes. Use the red ribbon to lace the dress, not pink. Do a light to medium smokey eye (not too dark though) and pale/neutral lip. And try to find a fancy shawl or dressy shrug. The dress is a little low in the back for a 15 year old but the front is ok and the style overall is event and theme appropriate. Do your hair sleek. Wear dangly earrings if you have them and no necklace.
