A Question about Ovulation Cramps???

I dont know about the low abdominal area but I know when I ovulate because I can feel it. It is usually for me on only one side. It can change sides each and every month thou if you ovulate every month in which case I dont, so I know when it actually does happen. Cramps on one side for about a whole day
