BAGHDAD - The Iraqi government on Tuesday approved draft legislation?

I believe that the security companies should have been under the military from day one. It seems that letting them work independently was another example of us not thinking through the results of our actions. But, it is a good thing that Iraq is using politics. This is exactly what everyone wants Iraq to do: be a political governing body. It is a good thing I believe.
