Blind in 1 eye?

it's really hard to tell if you aren't blind in one eye. but i will take your word for it because you are. i would think it would be really hard to drive that way, so i would normally vote to help him. but if you say it's able to be done and you three are doing it, then i guess i would think that he shouldn't get benefits that you aren't getting since he has no additional disabilities.
