Growing Brined shrimp.?

My brined shrimp fry hatched and i wanted to give my discus.The problem was that its too small and the fry even goes inside the discus gills. Now i have a new fry and i'm planing of growing them a bit bigger.How can i keep them healthy strong and living without them dying.I need advice on growing them.PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
