How do i use folk art textile medium?

I just bought a 2oz bottle of Folk Art Textile Medium 2232. The instructions tell me to "Mix 2 parts Medium to 1 part FolkArt Acrylic Paint." Does this mean for ever bottle of paint I use, i have to add 2 bottles of this textile medium? The ratio doesn't make sense. I wanted to ask around before actually attempting, this.
