I got 1 appointment letter from U K. Given Website & all working;anybody please help me whether it is a fake?

I got the same email with PDF attachment. I believe the spammer is an Indian sitting in india. There is no Hotel Megaland in BS7 8AP, Bristol. I confirmed from someone in UK, Bristol.
