Matt Helbeck currently has the highest per rating (Qualified) in the NFL right now. Thoughts?

I would 85% of the people on here doubted matt helbeck for the rest of his career. Being that he has the highest Qb rating at 117% (aaron rodgers does not count because of the minimum amount of pes he has thrown but still very impressive non the less). Since Walter Jones is absent and Locklear is learning Left tackle matt has been getting sacked quite a bit. yet he continues to say he feels perfectly fine each time. Not to mention he trained with one of the best back doctors out of the country for months. Either way point is that even if its "pre season" helbeck is playing starting defenses and eating them alive. I feel that he will be a top 5 Qb this year.
