Tell me the name of this children's book?

When i was younger, i remember we had this book which featured pandas as characters. the theme of the book was ual harment and it was describing how one panda touched another panda "in the areas covered by a bathing suit" (yes, those exact words). And then it said the other panda was feeling very uncomfortable. but idk if it was a panda as the molester i think it mightve been a fox r some other type of animal. Does anybody know what the name of this book is? Yes, i swear that this was a book that has been published for children....no rude sarcastic remarks please i am serious about this question i want to kno. thx.
