Where can I go to learn new languages?

I want to learn how to speak Gaelic, but im not sure where i can go or what websites I can use. If there's anyway i could learn for free, which i doubt will happen, that would be great! I Want to eventually be able to speak fluently so I need to start soon before i lose my motivation.
