Dose anyone know how to convert a protected WMA file into a mp3?

I just download a song from Rhapsody and I would like to convert it into a mp3 for free. Dose anyone know how to do that without have to use software like audicity? I have Windows 7 Ultimate so I need software that is compatible with that.
