I just bought a toy, but I'm unsure how to use it. Help?

I just bought a errific cup online, but I'm unsure on how to use it? There is only one paragraph I can find on the product. I've never brought a vibrator before, I hope I made the right choice. I did see one review, but I just am afraid I'll get it on friday and won't know what to do or be too shy to use it. Can any one give advice?
