Unfortunately, I have learned that women here in Colorado don't like me because I am from the southern United States (right outside of Cherokee, NC in my case). It is my nature to be a very socialable person, but these people here in Colorado don't like outsiders whatsoever. If it weren't so expensive, I would go ahead and move, but its gonna cost me $3K and I'm just a poor college student right now. Also, its not like I can just go out and get a $15/hr job as I have tried and have learned that military service doesn't mean anything with respect to finding a job that pays a living wage. I have been considering trying to get accepted to the University of Texas at Austin as I believe that I would fit in better down there since Texans are friendly and outgoing like they are back home. Don't you think that I would probably find a g/f if I were to move back home to the South?

My Dad works at a Granite and Rock place....and he brought home some decorative rock for my niece's fish tank. Its a 10gal tank with 2 goldfish in it. We have a pump and a light. My opinion is not as educated when applied to Asian boxers, simply because I don't travel in those circles, so I have not seen that many Asian fighters. I have huge respect for Khaosai Galaxy, and consider him far superior to just about any fighter of his size, Asian or not. I also have always been a huge fan of Manny Pacquiao and David Tua, they are my three favorite modern Asian fighters. Truthfully I don't feel Garcia was as great as guys like Jofre or Villa and even Harada, but that's no knock on Garcia, those were truly elite fighters. My 13 yr old son has a range of learning disabilities (Aspergers, ADHD etc). I had a visit from the police who said they had received a complaint of common ault on a 6 yr old for my son pushing him in a bush. The young boy was being provoked by his older brother and punched my son. My son retaliated by pushing him (witnesses agree to this). Apparently the older boy also hit my son. The little boy is unhurt. The police have said that this will stay on his record until he is 17. Also, the mother is verbally abusive towards my son; shouting, swearing - very aggressive and threatening even though I have explained my sons' problems on numerous occasions and told her how much this behaviour upsets him & 'frazzles' his mind due to the Aspergers (autism). I agree my son should not have hit back but he does not understand that is not acceptable to hit out at a 6 yr old; he thinks if they hit him he should hit back. My son is not a criminal and has never been in trouble. Please help!

My first choice would be Paraguay because it is in South America and I have never been there. I have had some problems with my family for about a year now and Im just now starting to get back their trust. I dont have a job but I have a case still "under review" and I also joined the Military. Why all the whinging and crying???

In the last 4 days my 15 wk old has been crying and whinging alot more than usual. Anywhere between 19.30 and 22.00 he has started to cry. Its starts usually after his 19.00 bottle. It gradually escalates from whinging into full on hard crying that can last on and off for about 2 hours. He will eventually fall asleep from exhaustionn Then he'll wake, take his last bottle and go down for the night. He sleeps straight throught thed night usually waking at 7.30-8am. Some days he in really good form til it gets to about 7.30 an evening and he starts the whinging come bout 19.30. Other days like yesterday he whinges and cries all day when he not asleep or being fed. I bought him a baby swing 3 days ago but he doesnt seem to like it. He doesnt like to be in his bouncer. I lay him on the floor to kick around and he will stay for 15 mins max then the whinging starts again. Its really starting to get me down. Hes had colic since 3 wks old but never like this. Could he be hungry or teething?

Raw feeding: chicken bones?

So I just started weaning my 8 week old french mastiff pup on raw food. I'm starting him out with chicken for a week or two. I know that everyone says dogs need to have a certain percentage of bones in their diet to be healthy. And I also understand that raw, uncooked bones are much more flexible than cooked and you should never feed cooked bones. But this is my concern- While I was preparing my pup's meal I was just playing with a small chicken bone from a thigh. It was pretty soft but when I broke it, the ends were wicked sharp! I'm just terrified that one of those bones could internally hurt him. I don't want a sharp bone to pierce through the lining of something in him. But I know they need bones in their raw diet. Someone please help!

I ripped out the carpet in my house so that engineered hardwood can be installed. In most of the rooms there was just the concrete slab under the carpet, but in one bedroom under the carpet there were 6" vinyl tiles. I pried off a couple of them, and there was some type of black adhesive. At that point I checked around on the web and saw that both the tiles and the adhesive may contain asbestos. What should I do now?!?!?! Is there a way for me to install engineered wood flooring without paying big bucks to have the vinyl tiles + adhesive scd off by an asbestos removal company? Can I use something to just encapsulate the tiles as they are? My original plan was to apply "Titebond 531 Epoxy Moisture Control System" to the concrete as a moisture retardent, then glue the engineered wood planks right on top. Now I'm not sure what to do!

First of all there are 32 ounces to a quart, 128 oz to a gallon, 16 oz or 1 pint is a half quart As for fertilizing your peace lilly. You can use a pinch of miracle grow as it is water soluble or the fertilizer for aquatic plants. Just read the directions and don't add any more than it tells you to do. After a week or so you can change the water in the beta vase add another small pinch and let it go. If a plant is going dormant or placed in a lower light condition then cut down on the fertilizer.

Um... Normally to go to a range all you need are your firearms in a case of some sort and some cash to get a spot. There really isn't any kind of checks as long as you have your weapons and eye and ear protection. If you do bring a full auto NFA restricted weapon you do have to notify the range staff, though that's really the only requirement besides proper storage I have ever heard of. But like the person above me said I don't know if a regular gun range would allow you to use a BB or air gun. You could use one of those in your backyard if it was a BB gun. It isn't illegal.

I've recently contracted a virus and need some good things to boost my immunity, especially because I will be starting my period and that lowers your immune system. I exercise and drink lots of water and plain tea and get lots of vitamin c but what are some other good things that boost immunity? Best way to give texture to previously wallpapered walls?

I have torn down ugly wallpaper from my kitchen, and I want to paint the drywall to match the family room. There's not much wall space; behind the fridge, above large windows, around the door, above the cabinetry. What's the easiest/least messy way to give some orange peel like texture to these areas before we paint? Also, will the drywall be subject to absorbing too much water in this process? Is this steak safe to eat?

I freeze my steak strips in sandwich bags and had one of these bags in a bowl of cold water to defrost for tea tonight. I came back into the kitchen, however, to find that the sandwich bag had leaked and been filled with water.
